The Lord has given, blessed be the name of the Lord! Our hearts reflect gratitude and awe as we gaze upon the precious miracle God has given!
On Saturday, February 28. Another little girl has joined our hearts + home! Ruthie Rachelle was born at 4:30 and weighed 71b.11oz. At 21″ long, she is our biggest newborn. She is long with long fingers and feet.
The children simply adore their dear Sister! The girls love to each take turns before they leave for school, and as soon as they walk in the door after school.
Jamie loves the fact that he gets to be a big brother to two little sisters, and is thrilled to be my helper! Little Marlisa is always concerned about the whereabouts of her baby “Ruffie ashell”-smile!
Ruthie Rachelle is named after a dear aunt, Ruthie.With her call name being Rachelle.
Eli did great in keeping up with the chores, trying to fill in as Mom, and taking great care of the baby and Mom! We were also blessed to have Eli’s sister, Nancy, help out for two weeks!
Spring has sprung. The daffodils are blooming. The flowering spring trees are beautiful in bloom. My roses are sprouting tiny ruby colored leaves.
And on Saturday, Eli planted onions and radishes. broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce & peas. Now, the next warm dry spell. We want to get early beans and cucumbers out. All those garden goodies will taste oh so good!
