Greetings from dry Kentucky! This spring, when we wondered if it would ever stop raining, we now wonder if it has forgotten how to rain! 😊
We have been blessed with good health, a great summer vacation, wonderful memories, and many bountiful crops. The Lord has richly blessed us!
With autumn came cooler weather and another new chapter. Larose is now old enough to join her sister Judith, 7, in going off to school. We are so thankful for the opportunity for them to learn! The girls love to get ready and ride off to school on their bikes, returning in the late afternoon with glowing reports on their John Deere tractor and sunflower theme. They are always full of new things they’ve learned and done!
Jamie, almost 5, can’t wait until his preschool books arrive so he can have fun with paper and pencils. Little Miss Marisa trails after Mama, but her favorite pastime is imitating everything her big brother does. Her favorite time of day is when the best person of all—Daddy—walks in the door after a day of work at the building supply store! If you ever stop at Liberty Building Supply, be sure to see the yard manager, and I’m sure you’ll be blessed with good service.
Eli enjoys his job but longs for a full-time position he can do here at home with the family.
This summer, we’ve been blessed with many healthy puppies! We (Lord willing) are hoping to try two new males—one a mini Poodle and the other a genetically clear Bernedoodle male.
Gloria retired and went to my aunt Faye, and Frisky was purchased by another breeder. But all the rest of our dogs steadily keep on! We find it such a joy to always see new puppies and then the joy of playing with them!
